I used Coinify for what I thought was going to be a basic transaction, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. I kept thinking it was maybe stuck somewhere in that part of the process, if you know what I mean.
The payment sat there pending for ages, so I kept checking it over and over because I wasn’t sure if I’d done something wrong or if it was just one of those things. Support did reply, to be fair, but it didn’t really change much or make anything happen faster.
It did go through eventually, so I can’t say it was a total disaster. Still, the wait was frustrating enough that I’d probably only use it again if I wasn’t in any rush

I had a dispute and the refund took longer than I expected, I want to say it was around a week, maybe a little more, I can’t remember the exact dates. Support did get back to me though, and they eventually sorted it out. Not the fastest experience, but fair enough in the end

I’ve used coinify.com a few times now, and from my own experience the fees have felt fair. I always make a point to check the final amount before confirming, and I haven’t noticed any strange extra charges popping up at the end.
The exchange rate was also close to what I expected. It’s never going to be perfect, but compared with a few other services I’ve tried, it felt reasonable. Overall, it was simple to use and didn’t give me any real hassle...

I tried using Coinify, but the identity verification was just frustrating. I uploaded my ID and a selfie, and then it just sat there pending without much explanation. Support did reply, but it felt slow and kind of generic. I get that they need to do their checks, but the whole process could just be clearer and a lot faster. Not the best first experience

I got in fast, and the whole login process felt about as easy as it should be. The security also seemed solid without getting in the way.

I’ve used coinify a few times now, and the payment side has worked fine every time. My card went through without any weird errors, and the confirmation came quickly. No major issues so far, which is really all I was looking for. That said, if it starts getting unreliable or payments start failing for no reason, I’d probably look for another option...

It’s okay to use, but it feels clunky and slow. Sometimes it works fine, and other times it’s like it just doesn’t want to cooperate. Not the worst, but definitely a bit frustrating.
